When the Hythe Imperial Hotel separated from the Mercure brand, they suddenly had an enormous amount of freedom for their business and their brand.
That was when they approached us, with the brief to create a new look/feel, website, and online presence.
The Hotel has a long, convoluted and fascinating history dating back to the late 19th century. We wanted to celebrate that in our designs, while retaining a focus on the beauty of the surroundings - the pretty town of Hythe itself.
The resulting website performs better in search engines, gets a lower bounce rate, and has greatly improved their online booking numbers.
